Story

During the Second World War, specialist units were required to pass rigorous testing prior to undertaking their dangerous missions on mainland Europe; one of these tests was the 50  mile infiltration march carrying a combat load in under 24 hours.  This test was later removed as it was deemed too much of an extraordinary task.  On 22nd March 2016, fifteen members of 5th Regiment Royal Artillery will commence the 50 mile challenge across the Yorkshire Moors in under 24 hours; each man carrying 15kg.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to the British Limbless Ex-Service Men's Association and Combat Stress.  This event, therefore, has two JustGiving pages which can be found on the team page in order to allow you to split your donations as you see fit.  Thank you for your generosity towards both charities!!
