Story

HTTP://ffash.blogspot.com -> 6pm Friday 24/09/10

This years live 24 hour mix will again be broadcast online from 6pm on Friday 24th September and I will be very grateful to everyone who contributes towards to the target of £1000.

It's that time of year again... After last years incredible success in raising over £400 for Spinal Injuries Scotland, it's almost time for another event.

As many of you know my sister passed away in 2006 after a horrific car accident left her paralysed from the waste down in 2005. She recieved incredible support and help from the Spinal Injuries Unit in Glasgow to come to terms with the mental and physical challenges she faced. She was treated with dignity, honesty and positivity.

Spinal Injuries Scotland are the main partner of the Queen Margaret Spinal Injuries Unit in Glasgow where Tracey was treated and I know that she fully appreciated the work they did for her benefit.

Please give generously to such an amazing and lifechanging charity.
