The PPT 24-Hour Zombike Challenge · 9 August 2019

We‘re the world‘s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving and improving lives through research. We fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.

Story

On August 9th at 8am the PPT
team and community will take on a mammoth challenge raising funds for Cancer Research.

Working in teams of 6 we will attempt to keep the Echo Bike moving consistently for 24 hours, finishing the challenge at 8am on Saturday 10th August.

We would love for as many of you as possible to get involved and we believe we have found a system that allows everybody to take part in some way.

Teams of 6 plus a minimum of 1 member of the PPT team will work
through each hour slot with 60 second intervals of work to 6 minutes of rest.

This makes the challenge accessible to all fitness levels as the maximum amount of time you would work in a 1 hour slot is10 minutes.

If you really want to challenge yourself then you can book as many back-to-back slots as you like or even come along to cover the graveyard shift!!

We have chosen Cancer Research as our nominated charity and hope that many of you will set up your own Just giving pages and link back to our event. Commit to challenge yourself and get your friends and family to sponsor you.
