Please support CHILDCARE by sponsoring me to lose weight. The target is in the web address! 25lbs, one pound for every year that the charity has helped children in crisis. Losing this weight is a big ask as at 49.5 years I am under no illusions that this is going to be a "walk in the park". However, the work these guys do is FANTASTIC and they really deserve our support!

My official weigh in will happen shortly in front of reliable witnesses and I am sure there will be embarrassing "before" pictures to post on this site. For now it is enough for you to know I am approx. 16.5 stone.
