The British Red Cross is a fully participating member of this movement. It helps victims of armed conflict and works for the improvement of health, the prevention of disease and the alleviation of human suffering in the UK and throughout the world.

I will be running 26.2 miles in aid of the British Red Cross, a crucial, worthwhile charity both locally and worldwide.
