My story

 

This summer, we will be marking the 2nd year since the tragic loss of our beloved Alan Senitt.

 

In addition, this July also recognises the 2nd year since the formation of The Alan Senitt Memorial Trust, set up in memory of, and to serve as perpetuity to the great work in local and multi-faith communities Alan took part in.

 

To mark this anniversary, on July 9th, we will be launching our dedicated fundraising campaign for 2008, which we’ve named - 2for2

 

We’d like to invite you to take the opportunity to mark this significant anniversary by kindly donating to the trust in denominations of “2”. That could be £2, £22, or even £222 … Whatever you feel!

To give you just a small indication of what you can achieve, if you and each of the other people receiving this letter donate just £2, we could raise at least £2,000 towards some very worthy causes in just four weeks! That £2000 could make all the difference to a student supporting themselves through university education, or might reach a child listening to a presentation on knife crime, and effect him just enough that he doesn’t become yet another horrible, devastating statistic.
