Walking and playing 72 holes in the one day  starting around 6am and not finishing till roughly 11pm continuously yes we will be tired but it'll be worth every little bit  I've seen the damage and hurt this disease brings and I know it can't change that,  but if any little bit I can do can maybe stop one  person going through it in the future then it's all been worthwhile.
