3600 miles in a 30 year old Porsche - its got to be worth something ?
Richard Crocker and Alex Fife plan to drive from Plymouth (UK) to Banjul (West Africa) in a car they bought on e-bay for £151.
We will face three ferry crossings, one desert crossing, one minefield crossing, six border crossings, mechanical breakdowns, punctures, heat, cold, oil and sand.
Our journey will be made as part of the Plymouth-Dakar Challenge 2007. See www.plymouth-dakar.co.uk for details of the Challenge and other teams who are participating.
