We (Richard Manning, Colin Barrett and Huw Benbow) are 3 middle aged blokes taking on a cycling challenge for Parkinson's UK. A close friend of ours was diagnosed recently and this is our way of supporting him and helping in the fight against this cruel condition.

Starting on the 10th August, 2014, we will be cycling for 3 days around South, West Wales. The route includes a total of over 30, 000 ft of climbing (more than the height of Mount Everest).

Please give generously if you can. We certainly need the encouragement, but more importantly, Parkinson's UK needs your donations in order for them to continue the excellent support work and research into this complex condition.
