Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

This September the members of Swadlincote Round Table will be attempting to cycle from one side to the other of the area covered by the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance.  We will be trying to cover the 130 mile route from Glossop to Market Harborough in two days.

The route will, as much as possible, be using the National Cycle Network and will begin with a very tough day cycling across the peak district.

Please give generously and help us support the fantastic service the Air Ambulance Provides.

About the charity

Every day of the year, your local air ambulance (Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland) is helping save more lives. Our critical care paramedics, doctors and pilots attend an average of five rescue missions a day. We receive no government funding for our daily missions. Your support keeps us flying.
