Money and work make make completing all these challenges 'in situ' rather difficult, however Colin's solution is to complete them either in the gym, pool or other means over a period of time, for example 365 days! My start date is December 1st 2008 and I will be completing the challenge on November 30th 2009!

 

• Run 12 marathons (26.2 miles per month)
• Cycle across America (3200 miles this will be done outside on a real bike but the scenery will be slightly different!)
• Swim the length of the English Channel (22 miles) = 1408 lengths of a 25m pool
• Walk the distance of Wainwrights coast to coast (St Bees in Cumbris to Robin Hood's Bay in Yorkshire) 193 miles
