On the 1st of January 2014 I began a challenge 2014kx365 to run/walk everyday a minimum of 1k for 365 days. I will strife to run a minimum of 5k everyday,  which I have apart from 2 days in February when I walked 1 mile each day due to  a severe sickness bug. As we do not know what is around the corner I have left it so as I could drop down to walk the minimum 1k if necessary. Through the year I have competed in races including 9 mile Riverbank Rollick, Bath Half Marathon,  The Big Cheese 15 miles, Wells 10k, Trowbridge 10k, Frome Half Marathon, Totnes 10k, Jack and Jill challenge, Uphill to Wells ultra marathon, Mells Senic 7 and Over the Hills,

I am hoping to raise money throughout the year for my two chosen charities Time is Precious and Sands - Stillbirth and neonatal death charity.
