Hey guys, thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Here comes the science…

Hospitality Action is the industry’s benevolent organisation which specialises in supporting those who work, or have worked, within hospitality
in the UK and find themselves in crisis.
.
The organisation supports people suffering from life changing illness such as cancer, Huntingdon’s disease, MS and Lung Disease to name a few. They also help people who are experiencing poverty, domestic violence and bereavement, as well as supporting families with sick and disabled children.

The 18th – 24th May is Hospitality Action Week and we’ll be getting all action hero to help raise money for the charity.

Our team will be walking and cycling the distance between Stowmarket and Lee Mill – a massive 287 miles, which equates to 12.5 miles per person to be completed during the week.
.
Pedometers will be used to measure mileage on foot and there will be a static bike in the office for us to complete a portion of the miles cycling in the office. Any excuse to get out of doing some proper work!

And of course, all of this will be conducted whilst wearing Hospitality Action Hero pants outside of our trousers. Super.
