My story
On May 23rd 2012 John Madelin, Sue Madelin, Amanda Cameron, Anne Edwards and Laura Carrigan will be setting off on a cycling mission of a lifetime in order to raise some much needed funds for Thames Hospicecare.
Startling in London we shall make our way towards Harwich in order to catch the overnight ferry to Hook of Holland before carrying on towards Amsterdam and then onwards to our ultimate destination of Brussels. Covering over 330 miles in just 4 days we shall need all the encouragement we can get in order to keep those pedals moving so please dig as deep as you can.
Last year around 1000 patients and families were helped by Thames Hospicecare at an average cost of £4000 per family. With 80p of every £1 spent on their vital work coming from fundraising every single penny counts and we appreciate each and every donation made on our page no matter how big or small it may seem.
