I am supporting Mental Health UK because every year, one in four of us in the UK is affected by a mental health problem.  Mental Health UK brings together four charities that provide outstanding support right across the UK:

• Support in Mind Scotland
• Hafal in Wales
• MindWise in Northern Ireland
• Rethink Mental Illness in England.

I drove one of the minibuses for a previous UK three peaks challenge and a Welsh 3 peaks but now it's time for me to swap the string-backed driving gloves for a pair of sturdy boots and get climbing.
