Cardiac Risk in the Young Verified by JustGiving
RCN 1050845 (England & Wales), SC052581 (Scotland)
Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by young sudden cardiac death (YSCD). We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.

Story

Team - Amberley Trotters

The Amberley Trotters are a collection of like-minded, mixed ability, activity enthusiasts who where brought together by a love of all things 'Old Spot'. From breeding 'em to drinking it we have partaken in the complete spectrum of 'Old Spot' related activities.

The tragic tale of Howard and Sebastian has struck a chord in all of us and through a friendship with Rupert and Mark we are delighted to be raising awareness and funding for CRY.

The Three Peaks Challenge is an attempt to visit the tops of the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours. A further challenge for us will be to do it whilst maintaining seven different amicable points of view.

We are grateful for any contribution you can make and donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cardiac Risk in the Young will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.
