Brain Tumour Support is dedicated to providing support for patients, families and carers so that no one feels alone facing the effects of a brain tumour diagnosis. We provide individualised and specialist information, guidance and emotional support, at any point and for as long as it is needed.

Story

My name is Kate Dean and I play in a band called 3D with my two sisters Charlie and Sarah.

After suffering the loss of a friend to a brain tumour in May 2006 I decided to get more involved in the Hammer Out Charity and start promoting the cause as much as I could.

This summer we will be embarking on a European busking tour visiting roughly 8 countries in 3 weeks spending our time raising money by singing in the streets of France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Italy.  All of our proceeds will go directly to Hammer Out.

We're looking for sponsorship from local/national businesses to fund the tour so that more money can go to the charity.  If you know of any businesses that might be interested in the publicity generated from this tour please do let us know and we'll get in contact.

For full details of the band and contact information please go to www.myspace.com/gigs3d

Please donate as much as you feel fit (and don't forget to tick the gift aid box too if you are eligible).

Please bear in mind that spending 3 weeks in a campervan with your two sisters will be an extremely gruelling task ... we ask you to please give generously!!  ;o)

All our best wishes to anyone who has been affected by cancer in any shape or form ...

Thanks for your support!
