Yes it's true......at 9:30am on Sunday 11th October, Sara, Nicola and Alesha will be running 13 miles....well, attempting to!!

We are taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon and are hoping to raise lots of money for the Help a London Child charity that Alesha is Ambassador for.
