My story
On the 18th of August, two friends and I will attempt to cycle from London to Paris.
A feat such as riding 300 miles on what will surely feel like a razor blade by the end of it deserves more than a pat on the back, more than a round of applause. It deserves sponsorship! :o)
Most of you know that I (used to) get paid "to play games all day" so it won't be a surprise to say that I'm raising money for a charity called GamesAid. (Details over there on the left or www.gamesaid.org)
No amount is too small and it definitely all adds up folks. If all the people I know only donate £1 then we will smash the target into orbit.
£500 reached, now aiming for £750!

Games Aid

GamesAid is a new UK video games industry based charity. It distributes funds to a diverse range of charities; it is a means of giving something back on behalf of the industry. GamesAid acts as a broker of charitable activity on behalf of the industry, taking advice from all sectors. It is a non trading body. The charity is administered by Trustees, who operate on a fixed term basis. It is formally run by a chairman, who is also on a fixed term. GamesAid is a children and young people's charity.
