Story
Triple Ironman: 7.2 mile swim followed by 336 mile cycle followed by 78.6 mile run. My target is to finish within 50 hours (race cut off is 60) but that's probably just me being naive...
The race is held in and around Lake Anna, in the delightfully named Spotsylvania County, Virginia, USA, starting 7am (east coast time) on 6 October.
