Mental health issues are a growing issue in the UK

Each week, one in six adults experiences symptoms of anxiety or depression, and one in five adults has considered taking their own life at some point. Nearly half of adults believe they have had a diagnosable
mental health problem, yet only a third have received a
diagnosis.

3 Men and a Tall Lady are putting ourselves through our paces and throwing ourselves across 5km of obstacle course to raise money for Mental Health UK, a fantastic mental health charity, and raising awareness of mental health challenges
