<p>Myself (Dave Watson), Lee Horton, Alex Pill, Alan Bond and Mark Gumbs are embarking on a 500 mile "3 Nations" cycle ride starting on May 20th 2011 to raise money for Halton Haven Palliative Care Centre.</p>
<p>Starting in Monmouth and cycling through Shrewsbury, then on to Leeds, from Leeds to Northumbria, on to Kendal (via Gretna) and the final leg back to Runcorn - the journey should take 5 days of constant cycling stopping only for a little sleep and maybe a quick massage!</p>
<p>Unlike most charity events like this NONE of your donation will go towards expenses linked to the event as my company NBC will underwrite the costs of the support vehicle etc. This means that ALL of your donation will go straight to Halton Haven Hospice.</p>
