We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.

Story

Hi there and thanks for looking at my page,

My plan is to climb Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike in a total of 24 hours (less the 10 hours driving in-between) as part of an organised event, which will be no mean feat for me (nor most other people) - these are the 3 highest mountains in the UK and will be a real test of endurance, we start at midnight so the majority of two mountains will be in the dark!

I would like to turn my small suffering into a way of reducing the suffering of others, in this case the kids who are looked after by the NSPCC - those who really have no where else to turn, nor the ability to look after themselves. For more information, please visit www.nspcc.org.uk.

Please give what you can, all donations are gratefully received. Make my madness worthwhile!

Here's the science bit:
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: NSPCC will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Thank you!
Ash
