My personal message:

In support of the great work of African Revival, Open Premium Finance Limited are attempting to complete the 3 Peak Challenge in 24 Hours to raise money for one of African Revivals many projects in Africa.

The two courageous, healthy, vibrant and most importantly ignorant, fools taking on this challenge are Barry Walker and Jonathan Lau, in collaboration with their Managing Director Rathini Walker, who has granted them both the opportunity to take on the challenge. Of course she will be in strong support of the travelling pack, taking photos.

Although both Barry and Johnny have had some experience of hill climbing in one day, neither of them has attempted to climb 3 of the highest peaks in the UK in 24 hours. Starting out at Ben Nevis (Scotland), the highest of the 3 peaks they will then whisk themselves to the Lake District where they will take on the steepest of the 3 peaks, Skaffel Pike (England). The Journey by road will then bring them to Snowdon (Wales) where they will hopefully finish the task within the allotted 24 hours.

With almost 500 miles of driving and some 24 miles of walking up and down hill, this is definitely not an excursion for the faint hearted. They are however undertaking a rigorous training regime, a beer for breakfast, a beer for lunch and a healthy low carb beer for dinner, (Johnny's tried and tested methodology for achieving the best results fast).

Anyway enough tomfoolery, please, please, please have a dig deep into your pockets, under your beds, sofas and behind the cupboards to try and find some coins/paper to donate to us in support of African Revival so that they may build on the successes in Africa.

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: African Revival will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor Barry and Johnny now!

Many thanks for your support.
