2008 is the 3rd Gourock Boy's Brigade Company's centenary year. The Boys' Brigade (BB) is a Christian Youth Organisation, with over half a million members world-wide. The BB offers a wide range of activities including Games, Crafts, Sports, Christian Teaching, Music and Holidays.

The 3rd Gourock was founded on 6th April 1908 and celebrates its Centenary through 2008 as follows  (scroll down for further details) :

Thanks all the support.  Youth seemed to triumph over experience on the day, but it was a close run thing !

Greenock Town Hall.  7pm  No ticket required.

Centenary Dinner              Saturday 5th April

Centenary Parade             Sunday 6th April

Old Gourock & Ashton Parish Church 11am.  It is likely that we will form up in the Walled Gardens (Darroch Park, foot of Larkfield Road) and parade along Shore Street to the Church.
