We completed the 4 Nations Extramile Challenge cycle relay on 21st to 23rd September 2007, covering on average 165 miles a day across 4 countries; Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Germany.

Overall it took us 25 hours and 31 minutes over the 3 days to cycle 495 miles, at an average speed of 19.4 mph. We finished 11th out of the 44 teams that completed the challenge.
