Regain is the only charitable organisation dedicated soley to improving the independence of all British men and women who have become Tetraplegic as a result of sports injury. Their aim is to help Tetraplegics lead an independant and fulfilling life, to provide equipment and forge long term relationships.

Roni, Jo, Hayley and Steph are undertaking the Snowdonia Charity Challenge where we will be completing a 40 mile cycle ride followed by climbing Snowdon then canoeing across Llyn Gwynant. We hope to complete this challenge within 8 hours (tops!)

The more money we raise, the more motivated we will be to finish in a quicker time, so please dig deep and donate now.
