<p>Ben, Gareth, Mike, Andy and Kevin are doing the Fleetwood Triathlon on 25th September - this involves 400m swim followed by 20k bike ride and then a 5k run. They are raising money for St Catherines Hospice, Preston. Please dig deep for this very worthy cause. Its worth some money to see Gareth in his buggie smugglers !!!</p>
