About my charity : Terrence Higgins Trust Terrence Higgins Trust
Terrence Higgins Trust offers services to people infected, or affected, by HIV. It supports 50,000 people through counselling, advocacy, health education, one hour HIV testing and buddying. It merged with London Lighthouse in October 2000, is now the largest HIV charity in Europe and is at the forefront of HIV prevention.

My personal message:

Yes we know its hard to believe but we are jumping out from behind our piano,  swapping our T shirts for trainers, and about to do the challenge of our lives !  We will run for blood sweat and tears for our chosen charity THT who do a remarkable job.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Terrence Higgins Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
