Story

HELLO and welcome to the fundraising page of Jenny Clapinson, Darrin Butcher AND Luciano the all New Fiat 500

We are going to do a job in Italy - THE ITALIAN JOB
14 days, 7 countries, 3,000 miles, 2 car nuts and one little 1.2 Fiat 500.

The Italian Job is, strictly speaking, a Mini rally, in Italy, which raises money for Children's charities - recreating scenes from the classic 1969 film where the Brits steal gold bullion from under the Italian's noses and generally create havoc on the Italian streets.  Since 1990 the 'Job' has raised over 2 million pounds for national children's charities such as the NSPCC and NCH.

This year, as veterans of five 'Jobs', we have persuaded the organisers to let us take part in our New FIAT 500 as team 005 - especially significant as the tour will be visiting Turin and the famous Lingotto rooftop test track of Fiat.  The bambino is sure to be well received!

The Challenge - Independent travel to Northern Italy, via alpine passes and stopping in Germany and Austria; THE ITALIAN JOB four day navigational rally in Imola, commencing 24th October, amongst sixty other teams; followed by pitstops in Turin, Monaco, Lyon and Paris, then homeward bound to the finish line and gala dinner in Brighton on 1st November.

The Target - £1,500 for The Italian Job 2008 charity Kids Out The Fun & Happiness Charity - and that's where WE NEED YOUR HELP! . .

Any donation you can make will be very gratefully received and added to our fund.  Giving is safe and easy using this JustGiving website.

Please feel free to contact us for further info or any queries -

N.B. Team 005 are running entirely at their own expense, all monies raised will be given to charity.

THANKYOU!

* Special thanks to our sponsors :-
