I have been honoured to meet and work with a lot of Autistic people in my lifetime. And they have been some of the most rewarding enriching relationships I have been able to have. Time to give something back!

I am going to lose 50lb for 50 years of The National Autistic Society

This will take me to 12st - so anyone with half a brain can guess what I am now..........bloody massive. I'd like this to no longer be the case, and if I can raise money for this cause too then brilliant
