Members from 580 Squadron, 157 Regiment, RLC will be entering the Cardiff Half Marathon to help the ABF Soldiers' Charity raise the money they require to support servicemen and women of the British Army. 

The team will be completing the route as a loaded march (Tab) which will include carrying 15kg of weight on our backs!
