<p>Hi all thanks for looking at my latest cycle challenge.</p> <p>In a fit of madness I have decided to join the Isabel Hospice team and cycle 5 Countries in 5 days (500miles!!).</p> <p>The event is taking place from the 12th to the 17th of June 2012 in which time you will be able to witness a middle aged, balding, overweight me, passing through the UK,France,Belgium,Germany and ending in Holland.</p> <p>Please help me on my way and in turn help a great local Charity by sponsoring my efforts, thank you in advance.
