Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've done the One Bolton 5K and then the Warrington 5K. That didn't get me to my fundraising target so I decided to challenge myself to do 10 5K's in a week (starting 6th August). That's 50K in a week. Hopefully this will boost my fundraising total and get me to the golden £100 mark.

Thanks to everyone who's donated so far!!! It means a lot. Not long now till my 50K week. I've just Googled it and 50km is just a bit more than 31 miles. What have I let myself in for!!!!! After I've completed it I will have run a total of 60km for Mind (37.28 miles).

Hello people. Still not at my target. I don't think people think 2 5K's are enough of a challenge. So to get the rest of the cash I'm upping it. Starting on week commencing Monday 6th August I'll be running 10 5K's in a week. That's 50K in a week. Please donate to this page xxx

I finished the second 5K in Warrington. Was a hard slog in the heat. Thanks to the people who've sponsored me. I've not reached my target of £100. I am determined. I'll do whatever. You've no idea what these guys do for people. Please share and spread the love xxxxxx

I did it!!!! In 37 minutes which ain't bad considering the amount of time I've had off running. It rained like mad and I was soaked but I just kept remembering the good cause that was getting money for me doing it. :-) x
