Whether you are friends, family or colleagues there will be varying degrees of shock/suprise that the group you see before you will be attempting the 2009 NYC Marathon - this is in correlation with the varying degrees of fitness we each possess. We have our own individual targets, but our ultimate goal is for all of us to complete the distance and raise the money required - that's where you come in.
