Pauline and Peter Cornthwaite both turn 60 in 2011, and to celebrate they've already cycled the length of Britain in 12 days, completed an Olympic-length Triathlon and now they're cycling the British coastline in segements, starting on November 14th.
Pete and Pauline are aiming to raise at least £1000 for the AV Foundation's amazing work in Sub Saharan Africa, where they provide basic needs for communities and schools like shelter, drinking water facilities and electricity through solar power. Their son Dave is raising £1,000,000 for AV and other charities by completing 25 global challenges, so like good parents they're doing their bit to help him reach his goal.
