In memory of Thomas Agar

Proudly serving the community of East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire since 1987, we provide specialist palliative & end-of-life care to people facing a terminal illness. We're committed to giving families choices about the care they receive, providing the best support at home & at the Hospice.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. This challenge is set up in rememberance of Thomas Agar who sadly passed away last November from testicular cancer.

We have challenged 36 lads to play 6 games of rugby in 1 weekend. These will be held at Deal and Bettehanger RFC and Bracknell RFC. The team will be playing in no certain order:

Saturday 28th

Deal and Betteshanger, Canterbury development, Thanet wanders RFC

Sunday 29th

Bracknell RFC, Staines RFC and Broadmoor RFC

All the money raised will be going to Thames Hospice Care who looked after Thomas and us so well and all those that visited. These are amazing people that deal with the difficult and painful side of life day to day. They range from the Doctors and Nurses to the Cleaners and Voluntary staff, they all make a difference and all as important as the last. They come in day in day out and lift everyones sprits. This is for you!

To those that come, watch, support and give many thanks. To those that play good luck and  thank you for giving up your time, energy and compassion for this worth while cause, lets make history and a legacy to follow.

We look forward to seeing you all over the weekend of 28th 29th May 2011
