Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you maybe aware, our family lost Patricia Green to cancer in January of this year, Patricia, Pat, was very fortunate to be cared for at the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. As a family, including Pat, we talked openly before Pat passed away and agreed that the support the Hospice offered Pat and our family was huge. On one occasion when the blizzard conditions hit Farnham, Pat was having a rare visit home. The snow became so deep it was impossible for the ambulance to return Pat to the Hospice, and then the unthinkable happened, Pat’s medication ran out and we had no way of getting anymore. Pat was in severe pain and very distressed.

One of the nurses from the Hospice walked to our family home, the distance is approx 2 miles, and delivered the much needed medication to Pat. The majority of the journey was through 18" of snow.

It is single acts of kindness such as this which made Pat’s final days comfortable!!

The family wish to offer support to the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice as the support given to us in Pats last days was gratefully recieved. We want to raise awareness for the Hospice, as well as raising lots of money, this is why supporting our challenge is  hugely important.

The Plan!! - 7 marathon in 7 days in 7 countries, we are driving to Italy and proceeding to run a race in each of the following countries, the last one being in farnham ending at the Hospice;

Italy 26.03.11

Switzerland 27.03.11

Germany 28.03.11

Luxembourg 29.03.11

Belgium 30.03.11

France 31.03.11

We are having lots of charity nights, fun days.... you name it, we will give it a try.

This page is in its embrionic stage, we may advertise forthcoming events, however, all updates for the challenge can be found at
