PART 1

Hi my name is David McCulla and me and a few friends decided that we wanted to give somthing back to the people who werent as fortunate as us.

we are all ex army and have served in a number of operations around the world and were lucky enough to come back un scaved unlike many other soldiers as you no doubt have heard on the news.

So any way one of the lads Robert Davidson rang me up one day and asked me if i would be interested in walking hadrians wall (84 miles) in 24 hours in order to raise some money for help 4 heroes . So any money that you can kindly donate would make a big difference to the life of some one that has risked his in the name of this country.

We are starting the walk on the 3rd april 2010 at 09:00 hrs and hiting the finish point no later than 09:00 hrs 4th april 2010 if all goes to plan.

I would like to thank the people who have already donated and if we keep it up will have no problems reaching our target of £1000 . You can also help by passing this address on to your friends and family this would spread the word quicker and farther to help us reach our goal.

PART 2

Well like i said in part 1 thanks for your donations so far . today (06/03/2010) me and rob went for our first training session together we decided to go to Keswick we ended up doing 18.2 miles and it took us 4 hours so we were happy with that we also found out that there are alot of jenourous people out there aswell as we managed to get another £52.74 from random people who just happened to be out and about we even had a couple people stop in there cars just to give us money for the cause so we would just like to thank the people of cumbria for there help to day .
