8 car lifting challenge · 1 December 2015

At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you. Visit www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk

Story

I have put together a 6 man team from work who are all ex-serviceman and now work as train technicians.
We plan to lift the combined weight of an 8 car tube train which is approximately 250 tons by doing deadlifts, bench press and squats at ripped gym in Harlow. The minimum weight is 100kg per rep and we plan to achieve this is under 3 hrs.
This works out around 41 tons each but obviously this is a team effort.
We hope to raise as much as possible for CLIC so any donations will be greatly appreciated. Pictures will be posted on the day and we hope to load some training shots before hand.
Thank you :)
