Story
<p>On the 30th July, I along with Rob Munnik, Christine Merchant and Glen Williams will be taking part in our own "999 Appeal" to raise money for the High Dependency Unit at the Royal Cornwall Hospital in memory of my dad who after a long illness recently passed away and received fantastic care whilst on this ward.</p>
<p>The aim of this is that in one day we will run 9 miles, cycle 9 miles and horse ride 9 miles finishing at The Watering Hole in Perranporth hopefully by about 7.30pm on the evening of the 30th. Please feel free to come down to see us finish this mammoth task.</p>
<p>If you could please give whatever you can for this amazing cause all of us concerned will be amazingly grateful and want to do everything that we can to smash out target.</p>
<p>In addition to this I would like to thank Reen Manor Riding Stables - Perranporth and GFit - Newquay for kindly donating time and resources to make this event possible.</p>
