Salam everyone,

As you may be aware,the countries of East Africa are suffering
from one of the worst droughts in recent times. Food prices are rising, famine is occurring and violence is constantly at hand.

To help relieve the suffering of the people affected ,We,Iqra and Aishah Shakeel ,two sisters with an intense desire to help those in need are going to climb the 893m of Cadair Idris on the 17th of November.

Alongside As-Suffa and Muslim Aid we can help the 20 million affected by ending their hunger, quenching their thirst and giving them hope.The 1.4 million children that are currently severely malnourished and are at serious risk of death and disease can also be helped if we all come together to support this cause.

The money raised with your donations will go towards these organisations who will use these funds to: send food parcels, provide water to those in need, make boreholes and set up mobile clinics to treat those affected by the crisis. 

Together, we can try and help our fellow brothers and sisters to bring down the number of those suffering.
