I am riding London to Brighton with my Tribe Fit Team mates to raise money in honour of Help for Heros. My Ex Debenhams group are all in France now, riding together , doing a fantastic job, I am so proud of them.  For my sponsors I am cycling Sunday 16th June from London to Brighton.  I chose to support this charity as its a noble one that helps to rehabilitate and encourage our Ex Servicemen , which,  is exceptionally important, from a physical but also mental perspective.  I have only recently bought a shiny , obviously neon bike and I am excited, terrified but also grateful to be doing something positive to help those who have fought in our name.  I am also grateful to my team mates in Tribe who have supported me and joined my ride. I hope my fundraising and your donations will be utilised in a positive way.
