Team ADA are back!

On June 8th, Anna, Howard, Lara and Rowan will be taking part with Warner Music to complete the 'Wild Tri Challenge' - consisting of a total of over 50km cycling, 4km canoeing and a 5 hour mountain climb in the Lake District.

Training is already underway, and is set to include more gym sessions and walks up Box Hill, for some of us will be the first time on a bike for years and the first time ever in a canoe! 

We are doing this in aid of Centrepoint, a leading charity for homelessness.  Centrepoint supports more than 9,200 homeless young people each year, working in London, Manchester, Sunderland and Yorkshire, and with partner charities across the UK.  If you aren't familiar with their great work, you can find out more here https://centrepoint.org.uk/what-we-do/
