Adrian's message:

I am taking part in the Dragon Duathlon with my friends Ken, Martin and Prys. We are a group of Dads from a Welsh medium primary school in Llandaff who started running and cycling together 3 years ago. We have entered a number of competitions such as half marathons and ultra runs.

On 1st July, we will be taking part in the Dragon Duathlon, an epic sporting endurance challenge. We will be cycling from Swansea, South Wales to Beaumaris, North Wales as well as running up the Welsh Three Peaks in just 24 hours! We have entered two 2 man relay teams.
