Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Chris: I enjoy cycling especially long distances. The opportunity to do a night cycle across London and raise money for a worthy cause just seemed ideal to me. UDS serves a need in a poverty stricken country and this is an opportunity that helps others in Africa benefit from our cycle ride in london....i think that's excellent !

Anna: I am also a keen cyclist and love challenges. So the Nightrider challenge - cycling over 60 miles across London through the night when hopefully there won't be too many pesky drivers around is ideal. This combines my enthusiasm for cycling with raising money for UDS. I visited Kamuli a few years' ago when I was a trustee at UDS and it's exciting to see the difference UDS is making in working with the community.

Even small donations will make a big difference to the Kamuli community. It costs just £30 for UDS to train a person to build a smokeless oven and £60 to train upto 25 farmers to cultivate their land and build sustainable livelihoods. By raising money for UDS we hope to make a small difference to that community.
