Following on from last year’s success we have decided to don our running trainers again and take to the streets to run the 2010 Bristol Half Marathon, which is taking place on Sunday 5 September. With the days quickly flying by we have all stepped up our training efforts and are training as many days as our tired legs and feet will permit!
This year we will be running in aid of 4 charities; Alzheimer’s Society (www.alzheimers.org,uk) and three locally based charities, Paul’s Place (www.paulsplace.org.uk), One25 (www.one25.org.uk) and the Rainbow Centre for Children (www.rainbowcentre.org.uk). We wanted to support based charities as well as a national charity so that they can continue their important work in and around the area. Our other JustGiving pages can be found at :

Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity. If, however, you would prefer not to donate through JustGiving or would like your donation to be shared equally among all of our chosen charities then please just ask and we can provide you with one of our sponsorship forms.
Please help us to support our chosen charities by making a donation and should you happen to see one of our team on the day of the race then a cheer of encouragement will be greatly appreciated. It really does help getting around the 13.1 miles route!Thank you.
