I am doing a Winter Triathlon with my wife. It will involve a 20 mile cycle ride around Rutland water, a 10 mile walk from Leicester City centre to my home and a 1 mile swim.

The event will take place on the 22nd November 2009. You can join us at the event or if you live further away then perhaps you may want to do one or all of the events at a convenient time or location nearer to where you live.
