I’ve tried to give up before and have not succeeded.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>This has affected my health drastically, and I now have Ischaemic Heart Disease Married to Pete for 35 years this year, we have 8 children and 10 grandchildren.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Our youngest son is 7 and has a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder with learning difficulties.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>He relies on me so much, I would dread to think what would happen to him or how he would feel with out me. So for Ben and all of my family I need to do this, and if I can raise money for an excellent charity like Families United this will be fantastic.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I will be stopping smoking with out the use of products, so totally cold turkey.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>With only will power, my aim is stop on March 9th and I will consider my self an ex-smoker by my birthday, 5<sup>th</sup> April.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The first 3 days will be the hardest, so lots of support folks.</span></em></strong></span></p>
