Hello there china"s, hope you are all well and fit. If you dont know us by now ya should,  were a group of bikers based in sunny central scotland calling ourselves ANOTHERWAYAROUND. We have raised over £15 thousand pounds for various charities in the last three years, not bad for a bunch of bikers that all work full time hours.

We have chosen two charities this year to help raise funds for , Cancer Research uk and CHAS . We have chosen CHAS as its a well worthy cause and helps loads of families each year , plus  its based in scotland. The other is Cancer Research Uk., my brother Ian was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma over a year ago and thanks to his treatment is on his way back to full fitness. Two other riders from our group, Craig aka the Maximus lost his wife to cancer and bobbies brother is currently under going chemo at the moment.

This year we are doing 10 countries in 9 days, no easy feat but of course we will be keeping within the law, taking in france, germany,italy,luxembourg,england,belgium and holland to name a few.

Our other big fund raiser this year is by giving folks the chance to win a big shinny BMW F800gs for £5. The draw is being held at BMW Motorrad Dalkeith on the 28th of Feb 09 with names like Fish, Tom Russell and the one and only Jim Moodie of the isle of man TT fame coming along. We are also having a charity fund raiser auction up at Beecraigs Restauarant on the 24th of feb where we have Chick Young as our guest speaker so hopefully we will raise a good bit of cash for the mentioned charities.
